Nidhi Yadav is a certified Yoga Instructor from Rishikesh, India — the birthplace of yoga — with over five years of dedicated experience in teaching and practicing holistic yoga. Her journey into yoga began from a deeply personal place. As a child, she faced challenges with asthma, and through consistent yogic practices and breathwork, she discovered yoga’s profound ability to heal and transform the body and mind.
Today, Nidhi shares this transformative wisdom with students around the world, having guided more than 1500 individuals toward improved health, balance, and inner wellbeing. Her teaching style blends traditional yogic philosophy with modern wellness practices, creating a unique experience that nurtures both physical strength and mental clarity.
Trained in Aerial Yoga and Sound Healing, Nidhi integrates mindful movement, breath awareness, and vibrational therapy to create deeply restorative and empowering sessions. Her background as a National-level Rope and Pole Mallakhamb participant brings an exceptional understanding of strength, balance, flexibility, and discipline into her teaching.
Nidhi has also collaborated with Decathlon and served as a Yoga Instructor at Nanavati College, where she inspired students to explore yoga beyond fitness and embrace it as a complete lifestyle.
